Francis Fernandes grew up and studied in Montréal, Canada. Since spring 2020, his writing has appeared in over thirty literary journals, including Modern Poetry Quarterly Review, Saint Katherine Review, Defenestration, The Orchards Poetry Journal, Third Wednesday. He lives in Frankfurt, Germany, where he writes, teaches, picks at his old Larrivée steel-string, and catches the odd hockey or ball game, when the ghastly state of the world (or the dust mites - or both) keep him up in the wee hours.
